Leinster and Ulster head into halftime all square at 7-7. Ulster piled on the early pressure and it eventually paid off with a try around the midpoint of the half to lead 7-0. Leinster hit back 5 minutes later to level matter at seven apiece. Both sides had chances to add to the score line thereafter, but head into the break deadlocked.
