PENALTY EXETER. Steenson makes no mistake, strikes the penalty over from the 10 metre line and makes it 3-0 to them home side.
Lovely break from scrum-half Dave Lewis off the line-out brings Exeter into the Quins territory. They eventually earn a penalty and chance for Steenson to get them on the board.
Strong defence from Exeter wins them a penalty and a chance to clear their lines.
Quins go over but it's pulled back for a forward pass. Advantage was being played and Quins decide to go for the corner.
Possession changes hands a bit early on. Nick Evans drives a penalty downfield and Harlequins have a line-out just outside the Exeter 22. Good field position now.
Gareth Steenson kick-off!
Good afternoon and welcome to our coverage from the penultimate round of this Aviva Premiership with the clash from Sandy Park featuring hosts Exeter Chiefs and the travelling Harlequins. Firstly some late changes to the Quins team sees Mike Brown and Sam Smith miss out through injuries. Ollie Lindsay-Hague and Ugo Monye come into their positions with Ross Chisholm filling the spot vacated by Monye on the bench. Exeter come into this game with still a glimmer of hope of earning a European play-off spot. This, combined with their record Premiership defeat at home to Sale last time out should provide plenty of motivation for a big performance today. Harlequins on the other hand are still in the hunt for a semi-final spot, needing a win today to keep that dream alive. They are going about things the right way of late with three consecutive Premiership wins in the lead up to today. However they did suffer a defeat in Europe in their last game, Northampton dumping them out of the Challenge Cup at the Semi-Final stage. Both sides have plenty to play for so it promises to be an exciting encounter.
