Welcome to the Grand Finale as the final game of RWC 2019 gets ready for kick off. 12 years ago, in France, these sides did battle for the 2007 title with the Springboks victorious in Paris.

England topped a tough pool and went on to rip the Wallabies and All Blacks apart in the knock out stages. Should they beat the Springboks and be world champions they would have beaten all the Rugby Championship sides in Japan.

The Springboks have had a remarkable turnaround in the last 2 years under Rassie Erasmus after a few years in the rugby wilderness. The South African's like winning the World Cup in 12 year increments with the first title in 1995, then 2007 and now in the final in 2019.
