The Crusaders making their way into the Highlanders 22 but the great Highlanders defense turn over the ball and launch the counter attack swinging the ball wide. In the end the ball is knocked on by the Crusaders who tried to win the ball back at the ruck. Defensive scrum now for the Highlanders to deal with

Crusaders in possession now and going through their usual patient build up but , the Highlanders defense up to the task as they bundle the ball out the side. Scrum now and the Highlanders to feed

Off the resulting line out the Highlanders go wide and set up the ruck and then swing it wide on the blind where Naholo has a free run in for the try. Before the try is awarded the TMO is called in to view a suspected knock on by the Highlanders number 9. The try is awarded in the end and the Highlanders extend their lead

The Highlanders on the charge and playing with a spring in their step. Naholo goes close but is brought down by Nandolo. The ruck is set up and the ball is swung wide ending up in the hands of Fekitoa who is just short of the line but stretches out to dot down, The TMO is called upon to make the call on whether its a try or not. No Try is the call and the Highlanders still have the possession as they were playing with a penalty advantage

The Highlanders in the ascendancy now as the Crusaders allowing some ill discipline at the rucks creep into their game.

Nandolo takes the pass off the back of the scrum and attacks the Highlanders defense. The big man pops a pass to his supporting runner who in turn gets his pass intercepted by Naholo who has an easy run in for the try that takes the Highlanders into the lead

Scrum now and the Crusaders to the feed the scrum on half way in the center of the park. Attacking options on both sides of the scrum for the Crusaders

The Crusaders turn over the possession after a lengthy spell of ball in hand from the Highlanders but, again the possession is brief and the Highlanders are back in possession
