Hello and welcome to Ultimate Rugby’s coverage of the Irish provincial clash between Connacht and Leinster.
Connacht are giving a number of chances to their future stars in this evening clash with rivals Leinster. Pat Lam hands 21-year-old fly-half Jack Carty his first start as Connacht look for a second win in eight. Darragh Leader has also been brought up from the Academy and starts at full-back in place of the injured Gavin Duffy. Leinster have only lost 1 in their last 6 however their away form to Irish provinces has been poor with only 1 win since 2012. Luke Fitzgerald is a late withdrawal and replaced by Dave Kearney while back comes Brian O'Driscoll and Gordon D'Arcy to the centres. Eoin Reddan starts at scrumhalf against his former club, with Ian Madigan beside him at fly-half.
