Why can't he play for the scarlets in stend of Morgan standard ha ha
Well done O's!
And that's full time! Ospreys will be happy to come out of that with the win and Cardiff will probably be satisfied with the losing bonus point after never really getting hold of the game. Tipuric was the standout player today, he seemed to be absolutely everywhere! That was typified by Tipuric turning the ball over and kicking it out after the clock went red.
Ospreys reclaim the crucial 4th playoff spot, they will be hoping to make the most of their week of next week as they look to push on and secure a place in the playoffs.
Another scrum penalty for Ospreys. This time Wyn Jones learned from his mistake and points to the posts. Biggar gets Ospreys first points of the first half.
Ospreys win another penalty 5m out from the Blues line, Wyn Jones makes the brave call to turn down the shot at goal and opts for another scrum. At the next phase Biggar takes his eyes off the ball as the ball is passed and he knock it on!! What a relief for the Blues!!
After a bit of a dead period Biggar looks to reignite the game with a crossfield kick to Alun Wyn Jones. Wyn Jones wins the jump and offload but the ball is knocked on over the line!!!!
Your right @phillhobbs! He played U18s at Ospreys and continued on with Neath (their regional side) but signed for Cardiff in 08 (and hasn't looked back!)
Not sure they didn't say, as I said he walked off but didn't look very confortable.
Cos the ospreys didn't think he was big enough and let him go!!
Half time here in the Millenium Stadium. Ospreys in the ascendancy here with two well worked tries. Cardiff started the brighter of the two but they soon burned out when King crossed soon after Halfpenny's opener. At the moment Tipuric seems to be winning the battle of the 7s, looking destructive with ball in hand and fearless in defence. Cardiff will be looking to get on the scoreboard early on in the second 40minutes and push on to look for a win, meanwhile Ospreys will be looking to regain 4th spot with a win.
Stay tuned for the second half!
