Fantastic first half here at The Cardiff Arms Park with both sides going for it in what has been an end to end match with both sides really going for it tonight and playing some expansive Rugby. Leinster got off to a great start with Conan going over for a try in the 3rd minute in his first start for the club. Leinster increased their lead with Strauss going over in the corner and with 17 minutes gone Leinster lead 14-0 and it seemed like no way back for Cardiff. However a fantastic individual try from Davies brought them right back into the game and it was the home team who were the better side from their on then and a try just before halftime from Dacey leaves them 5 points behind the reigning champions. The second half is moments away so stay with us for further updates and analysis.
Leinster look to add a score before halftime but Quinn Roux knocks the ball forward in what is the last play of the half as Leinster go into the break 17-12 in a very entertaining match.
