Having signed with the Pumas in 2008 De-Jay Terblanche is one of the longest serving members of the Pumas current squad.
Terblanche joined the Pumas after he spent a year playing club rugby in Ireland.
Prior to his stint in Ireland he was at the Boland Kavaliers & SWD Eagles Academies.
He helped the Pumas win the Vodacom Cup for the first time in 2015, beating Western Province 24–7 in the final before he joined French Pro D2 side Mont-de-Marsan on a three-month loan deal at the start of 2016.
He returned from his time in France and represented the Pumas in the 2016 Currie Cup.
