As Wales Under 20s captain, Adi led her country to victory over England in the 2009/10 season.
She scored her first international try against Ireland at Pandy Park in the 2011 Six Nations campaign.
After being a shock inclusion in the Wales Women's World Cup squad for 2014, Adi was also named in the Wales Women squad for the 2017 Six Nations.
