Finlay was born in Navan, Co. Meath and has been named in the 2017 6 Nations squad and is uncapped for her country.
She plays as a hooker and she was included in the first match day squad against Scotland in the 6 Nations opening fixture.
She plays her club rugby with Old Belvedere and provincially with Leinster.
