World Rankings preview - Women
- 93
World Rugby has published the ranking permutations for the women's international between the Netherlands and Brazil in Amsterdam on Thursday.
Permutation highlights:
- The Netherlands cannot improve their rating with victory over Brazil due to 20.47 points difference between the teams before home weighting is factored in.
- Brazil are guaranteed a new high if they avoid defeat in the first of two tests between the sides with a draw enough to lift them six places to 36th.
- Victory will be worth at least seven places with a jump to 30th possible if the winning margin is more than 15 points.
- Any form of defeat for the Netherlands will see them lose 16th place to Fiji.
Match officials:
- Katherine Ritchie (Netherlands) will take charge of both teams for the first time, having previously been an assistant referee for the Netherlands for their 12-10 defeat of Fiji in a WXV 3 warm-up in September.
