Watson Eager To Tackle Nadolo

Anthony Watson is excited about the challenge of facing Fiji’s monster wing Nemani Nadolo in the Rugby World Cup opener next Friday.

Watson has adapted smoothly to Test rugby since making his debut last November but will be under unprecedented pressure with the eyes of world on RWC hosts England at Twickenham.

The Bath flyer is excited to face up to Nemani’s 20-stone frame.

"It is something I look forward to,” said Watson.

"That is part and parcel of why a lot of us play rugby - that physical confrontation.

"Trying to impose my game on a player like that will be a massive challenge and an opportunity I would look forward to and try to take with both hands.”
