Watch: Owen Farrell escapes punishment for another no armed tackle

Saracens bounced back from their defeat to Exeter Chiefs by claiming a massive 62-5 win over Worcester Warriors on Saturday at Allianz Park.
The reigning Premiership champions ran in 10 tries in their victory as they chip away at the 35 point deduction.
However, one of the biggest talking points from the game was England captain Owen Farrell not getting his marching orders just before half-time with Saracens leading 24-0.
The Saracens' flyhalf dipped his shoulder into a tackle again and had his arm tucked again. The contact was referred to referee Craig Maxwell-Keys who ruled after viewing the TMO footage that Farrell had started low and risen up, giving rise to “mitigating circumstances”.
Mate out in Canada watching Saracens game and sends me this. Bollocks to mitigating circumstances, Farrell has gone in to do him. Great player but arm by his side and shoulder clear to the head pic.twitter.com/WCccVHvEdq

To make things worse, Anton Bresler was sin-binned just minutes later for an apparent dangerous clear-out on Mako Vunipola.
It is not the first time Farrell has not been sanctioned for similar tackles with his tackle on Andre Esterhuizen in 2018 and Izack Rodda in the same year both going unpunished.
