Tolu Latu suspended for 6 weeks
The SANZAAR Foul Play Review Committee has accepted a guilty plea from Silatolu Latu of the Waratahs for contravening Law Law 9.20 Dangerous play in a ruck or maul, after he was Cited during a Super Rugby Match at the Weekend.
Latu has therefore been suspended from all forms of the game for 6 weeks, up to and including Saturday 20 April 2019.
Sale Sharks Snap Up Springbok Hooker
Sale Sharks have confirmed the signing of yet another Springbok following the news of Rob du Preez's signature with his fellow Shark's teammate Akker van der Merwe penning a deal that will see him join the side until 2022.
The lively hooker will make the switch to the AJ Bell Stadium after the conclusion of this year’s Super Rugby competition.
Fardy Re-Signs With Leinster
Former Wallaby Scott Fardy has confirmed that he has signed a one-year contract extension with Leinster Rugby.
Fardy joined the province in August 2017 and has made 37 appearances since.
