Garry Ringrose to miss opening 6 Nations matches
Leinster and Ireland centre Garry Ringrose will miss out on the last two rounds of Leinster's Champions Cup campaign and the first two rounds of the Six Nations for Ireland through injury.
The 22-year-old is suffering syndesmosis of the ankle which will see him miss approximately six weeks of rugby. Full story

Munster Rugby have confirmed that Head of Athletic Performance Aled Walters will depart the province in March.

Lydiate ruled out for the remainder of the season
Ospreys have confirmed that Dan Lydiate will undergo surgery this week on the bicep injury he suffered in the New Year’s Eve win at the Dragons.
The flanker left the field during the first half at Rodney Parade and will now miss the remainder of the season. Full story
Dragons sign Huw Taylor
Dragons have announced that Worcester Warriors forward Huw Taylor will join the Region next summer on a two-year deal.
The 21-year-old, who is Welsh qualified, can play in the second row and back row and has impressed Dragons coaches through his consistent performances for Worcester Warriors. Full story
Nick Williams re-signs with Cardiff Blues
Cardiff Blues have confirmed that Nick Williams has signed a new contract to extend his stay in the Welsh capital.
The 34-year-old number eight arrived at the Arms Park ahead of the 2016-17 season and has provided ball-carrying ability and a menacing presence at the breakdown
Williams has made 35 appearances to date, scoring seven tries, and is looking forward to contributing further to the Cardiff Blues cause. Full story
