Top14 Highlights: Toulon-Montpellier (Semi-Final)

Toulon ran out 27-18 winners over Montpellier in the second semi-final of the French Top 14. Toulon kicked three successful penalties to two by Montpellier before Toulon got the first try of the match to lead 14-6 at the break. Toulon got their second try and kicked another penalty early in the second half to lead 24-6 with about thirty minutes remaining. This sparked Montpellier into life as Jesse Mogg scored two tries in five minutes to bring them right back into the match as they trailed just 24-18. However it was not to be as Toulon added another penalty to take the game beyond Montpellier and close out the victory. Toulon will now face off against Racing Metro in the final.
