Tom Youngs to learn his fate tomorrow following Exeter red card

Leicester Tigers captain Tom Youngs is due to appear before an independent disciplinary panel.  

 
Youngs was shown a red card by referee Tom Foley in the 56th minute of the match Leicester Tigers v Exeter Chiefs on Saturday 6 April 2019. This was for making contact with Chiefs lock Ollie Atkins' head in a ruck contrary to Law 9.20(a) - dangerous play in a ruck or maul. 

 
The hearing will take place in London on Wednesday 10 April 2019 at 1700. The panel will be chaired by Philip Evans QC with Richard Whittam QC and  Chris Skaife.
