Dane Coles has returned to the All Blacks starting line up, while Owen Franks has been replaced by Nepo Laulala despite being named in the initial squad. Scott Barrett also returns to the bench and replaces Luke Romano, while Kane Hames has replaced Wyatt Crockett who left the field with a head knock in the first test. 

The Wallabies have brought Dane Haylett-Petty in on the wing for Curtis Rona who drops to the bench. Tevita Kuridrane comes into the starting line up for Samu Kerevi.
