Pat Lambie named on Sharks bench
Springbok flyhalf Pat Lambie has recovered from his post concussion symptoms and will be making his way back into the field.

He has met all the concussion return-to-play protocols and should bring plenty of experience to Saturday's crucial clash with the Kings.

Heem commits future to Warriors
Warriors wing Bryce Heem has committed his future to the Club by signing a new contract to remain at Sixways.
Heem, who made his Warriors debut last autumn, had an impressive first season at Sixways, scoring seven tries in 18 appearances before picking up the Club's Player of the Season award.
