Italy head coach Conor O’Shea has made five changes to his starting XV ahead of his side's final Six Nations test of 2019 against France.
Michelle Campagnaro misses the clash through injury with Marco Zanon replacing in the starting line up.
The other four changes to the starting line up all come in the pack with Leonardo Ghiraldini, Tiziano Paquali and David Sisi starting with Gloucester flanker Jake Polledri getting his first Six Nations start.
Luca Bigi, Simone Ferrari, Federico Ruzza and Sebastian Negri all fall out of the starting XV.
