SEMIFINAL HIGHLIGHTS: Canterbury v North Harbour

Canterbury secured their spot in the Mitre 10 Cup final with a fantastic victory over North Harbour. The defending Champions were put on the back foot as Ben Volavola scored 10 points in 10 minutes to put the visitors ahead. The home side fought back as Mitchell Drummond and George Bridge went over for tries to give Canterbury a 17-10 lead at half time. Harbour came out firing in the second half as Chris Eves went over with the first minute of the game. Canterbury responded quickly as Billy Harmon won the kick off and set up a great try which he finished off. Brett Cameron then slotted a penalty to give Canterbury a 25-17 lead. Murphy Taramai kept Harbour in the game when he scored with 12 minutes left to play but Canterbury had the final say when Tim Bateman scored a brilliant team try and Brett Cameron added a penalty in the final minute of the game.
