Robert Baloucoune cited for reckless play

A Disciplinary Panel will meet in Edinburgh on Thursday afternoon, December 27 to consider the Citing Complaint made against Robert Baloucoune (No 11) of Ulster Rugby for an alleged incident which occurred against Munster Rugby on Friday, December 21, 2018.

The complaint refers to an incident involving Munster No 14 (Darren Sweetnam) in the 1st minute of the Guinness PRO14 Round 11 fixture at Kingspan Stadium (Belfast).
The player has been reported by the Citing Commissioner in charge for alleged infringement of Law 9.11 – Players must not do anything that is reckless or dangerous to others.
The player will face a Disciplinary Panel via video conference, the Panel will comprise of Robert Milligan (Chair), Kathrine Mackie and Jennifer Rae (All Scotland).
