Rees and Evans return to face Scarlets

Hooker Matthew Rees and centre Gavin Evans both return to face their former region as Cardiff Blues tackle Scarlets in a Guinness PRO12 derby clash at Parc y Scarlets on Sunday afternoon (kick-off 4pm).
