Oosthuizen to undergo scans on ribs

Springbok prop Coenie Oosthuizen will undergo a scan to determine the scope of the rib injury he sustained against Argentina in Salta on Saturday.

Oosthuizen left the field in the second half of the Springboks’ 41-23 victory over the Pumas and was replaced by Trevor Nyakane.

The Springbok squad returns home from Argentina for a few days and will assemble again on Friday, 1 September in Johannesburg, from where they will travel in two groups to Perth in Australia.
