Agustin Creevy handed a one-week ban

The Jaguares will be without captain Agustin Creevy when they face the Lions in Johannesburg on Saturday.

Creevy has been slapped with a one-week ban for a dangerous tackle in his team's 22-25 loss to the Sharks at the weekend.

He dangerously tackled the Sharks No.7 Jean Deysel and as a result of the tackle, Deysel was stretchered from the field.

Creevy has been suspended from all forms of the game for one week, up to and including May 22. 

Kurtley Beale may be out for four-six months

The Waratahs have announced that the new Wasps signing is likely to be sidelined for "four to six months" after suffering a tendon injury.

Beale sustained the injury during the first minute of the Waratahs' Super Rugby match against the Bulls in Sydney on Saturday - just a day after signing a deal with Wasps, which will reportedly make him the Premiership's highest-paid player.

The 27-year-old Australia back has undergone successful surgery today and, according to the Waratahs, could be out of action until November.

Bradley Davies to return to Wales 

Wasps have confirmed that international second row Bradley Davies will return to Wales next season to take up a national dual contract with the WRU and Ospreys.

Wasps Director of Rugby Dai Young said: “We will obviously be sad to see Bradley leave as he is a great character to have around the training ground and has played a key role over the past couple of seasons in helping our pack develop a harder edge. His physical presence and work around the pitch has made a big impact for us during that time."

The 29-year-old lock, who has already won 54 caps for Wales, is keen to further his international career and has earned a central contract with the WRU through his impressive performances for club and country over the past two seasons. Wasps have reached an agreement with the WRU to release him a year early from his contract.
