Waratahs second rower Jed Holloway received a Red Card for foul play during a Super Rugby match at the weekend.
Holloway was red-carded for an elbow to the head of Sharks' prop Thomas du Toit in the 46th minute of the 23-15 defeat.
Red card offences are automatically referred to the SANZAAR judiciary and Holloway's case will be heard on Monday.

Holloway did not travel with the Waratahs squad that headed to South Africa on Sunday.
Waratahs coach Daryl Gibson said after the match that the card was a straightforward decision.
"A red card. It's very clear in the law - a strike to the head with a forearm or elbow," he said.
"The sanction's a red card or a yellow, so no grumbling about that.
