LA Giltinis will welcome Stephen Hoiles as their new Head Coach next season.
The former Wallaby loose-forward will fill the shoes of Darren Coleman as the latter heads to Sydney to take the reins of the struggling Waratahs.
Hoiles is already familiar with the team as he is currently in charge of the forwards and defence.
“Being signed for three years is a nice show of loyalty and trust from the GM and team owner,” Hoiles said. “I’m stepping into a new role but I’m confident everything I’ve done in my rugby life has instilled the right values to make the most of this opportunity.
“I’ve been lucky to play under top coaches like Michael Cheika, Eddie Jones, Ewen McKenzie, John Connolly, and Alan Gaffney. Every one I played under I’ve learnt from.
“We are not going to rub the whiteboard clean and start again in 2022. We have established lots of excellent elements and will continue to evolve as every team must.”
