HIGHLIGHTS: Super Rugby Round 11: Hurricanes v Sunwolves

The Hurricanes made it seven wins in a row with a 43-15 home win over the Sunwolves in round 11 of Super Rugby. The Sunwolves opened the scoring with an early try, with the Hurricanes responding to level matters. A penalty saw the Sunwolves back in front, but the Hurricanes finished the first half strongly with two scores giving them a 21-10 lead at the break. An early second half try saw the Hurricanes take control, but it was all Sunwolves for a period of sustained pressure thereafter, however the visitors just could not get over the line. The Sunwolves did cross for their second try with around 10 minutes remaining, but the Hurricanes would show their class to run in a further three tries in the final seven minutes to wrap up the bonus point victory.
