Highlights: Racing 92 vs Oyonnax

Racing 92 ran out 25-13 victors over Oyonnax in this afternoon's Top 14 clash at Stade Olympiques Yves du Manoir. The home side got off to a flying start scoring a penalty and a converted try within the first ten minutes of play. Oyonnax hit back with a penalty of their own but Racing went on to score two further tries before the intermission; one for man of the match Virimi Vakatawa and the other for Marc Andreu, leaving the half time score at 22-3 in favour of Racing. Oyonnax came out firing in the opening moments of the second half, with Ben Botica scoring anther penalty and Quentin Lecoq Etienne touching down a phenomenal try. Unfortunately they were unable to build on this score and one last penalty from Machenaud secured victory for his side. Racing will be happy to have recorded another win but may be slightly disappointed not to have secured a bonus point. Oyonnax will be bitterly disappointed to have lost after putting in such a strong performance.
