A three try blitz early in the second half saw New Zealand cruise to a 27-7 win over Australia in Bledisloe Cup clash number 2. The All Blacks opened the scoring with a penalty 18 minutes in and shortly after had the games first try to open up a 10-0 lead. The Wallabies hit back with a try around the half hour mark as they trailed just 10-7 at the halftime break. New Zealand came out firing in the second half, crossing for a try just two minutes in to make it 15-7. A few minutes later and the All Blacks were in again for try number three to extend their advantage out to 20-7. New Zealand were running riot as a third second half score in only 13 minutes saw them take firm control of the match at 27-7. Australia were unable to muster anything in response, as New Zealand controlled the final 25 minutes to take a 1-0 lead in the Bledisloe Cup with two matches to play, meaning one more win for the All Blacks will see them retain the cup.
