Enter Greig Laidlaw, who has already racked up over 100 points for his side, on the 52nd minute and he started straight away with a 3 pointer 2 minutes later.
He kicked and missed his next two penalties with his side down to 14 men and then in the 76th minute was instrumental in the Yohan Behergaray try and then conversion that took the ead away from Pau for the first time in 75 minutes.
On the hooter, Laidlaw converted another penalty to take the game away from the home side. Clermont are now 4 games from 4 to start the seaon and the only unbeaten side in the league
