Gloucester name team to face Quins

The Gloucester Rugby team to take on Harlequins under the lights at Kingsholm tomorrow evening has been revealed, as the Cherry & Whites look to make it three wins on the bounce in the league in front of a sold-out crowd.

In the backs, Santi Carreras will look to pick up where he left off in the Gallagher Premiership, after being named Player of the Match in the Cherry & Whites' last league fixture at Northampton Saints three weeks ago.

Christian Wade will be looking to add to his 85 Premiership tries from the wing, with youngster Josh Hathaway on the opposite side.

Seb Atkinson and Max Llewellyn for a powerful centre partnership, with Gareth Anscombe pulling the strings at fly-half.

Inside Anscombe, his compatriot, Tomos Williams, makes his return from a minor injury to add firther firepower to the back line.


Up front, Val Rapava-Ruskin and Afo Fasogbon flank hooker, Seb Blake in the front row, with Freddie Thomas and Matias Alemanno packing down behind them.

With Zach Mercer out, Ruan Ackermann shifts to number 8, with Jack Clement on the blindside and Club Captain, Lewis Ludlow, at openside.


On the bench, Jack Singleton, Ciaran Knight, Kirill Gotovtsev, Cam Jordan & Albert Tuisue cover the forward and Caolan Englefield, Chris Harris and George Barton wait in the wings for the backs.
