Faletau contract 'off the table': Taulupe Faletau will not be signing a new dual contract deal this year after missing the deadline, Warren Gatland has said. The British and Irish Lions number eight is being chased after by clubs away from Newport Gwent Dragons with Bath registering an interest. His contract runs out at the end of next season and it looks likely he could move on. Faletau told the BBC that a change in his agent had delayed him in signing a similar contract to Sam Warburton, Alun Wyn Jones and ten others to keep them in Wales.
Mogg to Montpellier: Brumbies full back Jesse Mogg is to join Top 14 side Montpellier on a 3 year deal. It has been reported that Montpellier, who are coached by former Brumbies boss Jake White, offered the 25-year-old double what the Brumbies had tabled. Speaking in the Australian press, Mogg admitted that the decision was not an easy one. "I chopped and changed on a decision for a while. At the end of last year I thought I'd go overseas, but then I had shoulder surgery so my aims changed," he explained.
