England reached the quarter finals of the Cathay Pacific-HSBC Hong Kong Sevens after qualifying second from Pool D following an entertaining 21-21 draw with USA.
With both sides having defeated Wales and Kenya ahead of the top-of-the-table clash, Perry Baker opened the scoring for the United States only for Jeff Williams to reply with a try of his own for England.
