Bulls defence downs Crusaders

The Vodacom Bulls produced a scintillating display of attack and defence to down a game Crusaders side 31-19 in their Vodacom Super Rugby match at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday night.


The Bulls outscored the Crusaders three tries to one, but it was an intercept by Grant Hattingh in the 66th minute that sealed the game for the Bulls as the Crusaders were heavy on the attack at the time.


The Bulls scored their other tries through winger Francois Hougaard and midfielder Burger Odendaal, with the Crusaders' only try coming through powerhouse Fijian winger Nemani Nadolo.
