Brian Hopley re-appointed General Manager at Southland after 3 years at Samoa Rugby

Hopley will replace Andrew Moreton who took over from Hopley himself in 2015.

The Southland Stags will be looking to their 'new GM' to help rejuvinate the province after languishing in either the last or 2nd last spot of the Championship division for the last 3 seasons.
