Argentinean back-line player Belisario Agulla has extended his stay at
Newcastle Falcons by signing a permanent deal with the club.
Agulla, who has scored seven tries in his 11 caps for Los Pumas, played a further three times for the club in the European Challenge Cup, the former Agen man able to play at centre, wing and full-back.
Agulla said: “I am very happy to be staying in Newcastle with the Falcons.
“This squad is very united and I have been made to feel very welcome since I got here. I share the ambitions of everyone here in wanting to get better for next season and I think we will definitely do that.”
Agulla is the latest in a line of players renewing terms with the Falcons, including the season’s top try-scorer Nili Latu, prop Rob Vickers, lock Will Witty, scrum-half Sonatane Takulua and fly-half Craig Willis.
