All Blacks bring the hammer down on AUS

New Zealand made it two wins from two in the Rugby Championship with a 38-21 victory over Australia in round 2.
New Zealand kicked two early penalties before running in the game's first try to open up a 13-0 lead inside the opening 20 minutes. Australia then missed an easy penalty attempt, but New Zealand picked up a red card 28 minutes in to go down to 14 players for the remainder of the first half and the first eight minutes of the second.
Despite their numerical disadvantage, the All Blacks struck with the final play of the first half, with their second try seeing them take a comfortable 18-0 lead into the halftime break. The Wallabies got on the board with a try ten minutes into the second half, but five minutes later New Zealand hit back with a score to make it 23-7.
Another All Black try followed around the hour mark to extend their lead out to 28-7. Australia got back into the match with their second try with around 15 minutes left on the clock to reduce the deficit to just 14 points. However, the All Blacks crossed for two quick scores to all but wrap up the match at 38-14. Australia ran in a late consolation score as the All Blacks wrapped up a 3-0 Bledisloe Cup whitewash.
