"He’s one of the best in the world" - Callum Sheedy

Wales flyhalf Callum Sheedy has hailed veteran centre, Jonathan Davies, as one of the world's best players.

The Bristol Bears fly-half says Davies' leadership from the centre berth has given him added confidence when it comes to creating opportunities for Wales' backline.

"He has been around a long time and played a lot of games," said Sheedy.

"He’s one of the best in the world and it means I’m learning something new from him every day. He’s been brilliant with me off the field as well.

"At Bristol we play a different brand to the international game, which is fine. There are pros and cons to every way you play the game.

"He is constantly speaking to me on the field in breaks of play and, as I said, he is my eyes.

"Then it is down to me to execute the play. It’s so easy when you have centres who speak as much as Jonathan and Willis [Halaholo]."
