Worcester Warriors ran out 41-24 victors over relegation rivals Bristol in this AVIVA Premiership clash at Sixways. The home side got off to a flying start and secured a 10 point lead after just 6 minutes of play. Bristol hit back with a try of their own but spent the majority of the first half chasing the game, Worcester going into the break leading by 31-10 and securing a vital bonus point in the first half. Bristol finished the stronger of the two sides and put together some fantastic passages of play but ultimately their poor first half performance left them unable to catch Worcester. This result is huge for the landscape of the Premiership table as Worcester move 7 points clear of Bristol.
