Hello and welcome to Ultimate Rugby’s coverage of this afternoon’s friendly between Aviva Premiership team Saracens and South African Super rugby side the Sharks. Both sides have named very strong lineups for this exhibition match. Despite Sarries missing their international contingent due to England training before the Six Nations they will be able to rely on the experience of Charlie Hodgson at fly half as well as many other top class players such as South African native Schalk Brits at hooker. While the Sharks boast a wealth of class, fielding eight Springboks including newly-appointed captain and Bismark Du Plessis as they Sharks will be looking to blow away the cob webs in preparation for the start of their Super Rugby campaign beginning in the coming weeks and produce a good performance although Saracens will be hoping to please their home fans and get the win in this once-off fixture.
