The Rebels have lost an opportunity as it was adjudged that Harris lost the ball forward while grounding it.

The Rebels pounce on a loose ball and Harris gets over the line for a try. The TMO has been called in as the Ref could not see a thing among all the bodies on top of him.

The Rebels spread it wide to score but a great tackle by Mastriet see's Naivalu tackled out of play 5m out.

Incredible pace in the match. The Rebels are throwing everything at the Lions. A good build up has seen them go 80m and are on the Lions tryline.

The Lions are their own worst enemy. De Klerk loses the ball forward at the ruck and the Rebels are awarded a scrum 5m out from their own tryline.

The Lions have woken up in the second half, they are all over the Rebels. Mapoe gets over the tryline but loses it forward in the process. They certainly deserve a try for the way they have played thus far. Ref brings them back for a penalty. Lions set up a 5m lineout.

Absolutely fantastic play by the Lions. Perhaps the best passage of play of the year for them. Some fantastic hands and running lines see's them run the ball from inside their own 22m all the way to within 5m of the tryline. The Refs have missed a knock on by the Rebels after a pass comes off a Rebels players hands. Play comes to a stop as the Lions perform an accidental obstruction. Rebels scrum.

The Lions are looking better after the halftime chat, but it is the Rebels who are on the attack inside the Lions 22m area.

Mastriet sets up a fantastic try for the Lions as he steps his defender before drawing the fullback and offloading to Boshoff who has an easy run in under the poles. Great try.
