Red Card | 20'
For what?
What for?
Brief details? Following from the US.
stamping
Stamp on McCarthys head
Stamping
Stamped on McCarthy head ... Looked down .. Aimed
And McCarthy is gone off, musta connected...
Double kick on the head looking down -has to be red.
Is that why Cullen is on?
Poor decision
Don't lay on the bottom a maul and you won't get the shoes !
Blood pumping from side of the head , no 6 nations or evans
Never a red card
Trolls a plenty here....
Stamping = red card no matter what team you support. No need for it in the game !!
Shocking if you ask me don't be such a fool and lay at the bottom of a maul yellow card at the most
not right, fpot to head sure, but hes facing backwards in the maul because he caught the ball from line out, he cant see through all the players.....
yellow and a citing tops
Ridiculous he was looking down disgraceful deserves a big ban
He stamped about 3 times knew exactly what he was doing , don't be making excuses
no way from a scot and a fan of both leinster and ospreys was that a red
I dont support either team..... lay at the bottom, you'll get stood on, he as the centre man needs to keep his feet, if it was on his legs, nothing would be say but get out of the way!
Tayto!
^
No way red card!
Never a red. You lay on the ground in there and you are fair game for it. He was on the ground as he had been trying to pull the maul down
Every ospreys player stamped on him haha
knacker probably get 2 months
Every ospreys player should have as well. Good enough for him
Fully deserved red
Just the frustration of playing a game that means nothing because they are not in contention
Forgot it was football shouldn't lie try bring it down
Nothing to do with not being in contention the guy was breaking the rules trying to collapse a maul
I think stamping on somebody's head was breaking the rules too
His head was gushing. Well deserved red.
lets remember he was controling a maul he needs his footing
Good man Niall, no place I the game for stamping on heads. Doesn't matter what he was doing. High levels of ignorance from so called rugby supporters.
Dan Harris, troll extraordinaire
Someones touchy (dan harris)
Stamps to body for laying in stupid place are to be expected and accepted, but don't excuse deliberate aims to head, so red seems right on face of it. P.s. A big thanks to Dan Harris for the informed opinions, what would we all do without you
I love it
Why you all being so harsh to this dan boy he has a point shouldn't try collapse the maul
Thanks Evan you seem like a nice young lad
Hes also insulting everyone
I have just replayed it. About 4 players had a go but the worst was no 7 at the leg end but it was no 5 who deliberately got the head. Potentially 4 citing cases.
Let's be honest someone lays on the ground trying to trip over a maul you would stamp on the ****
Well said Rhys
Fine but if you go for the head you deserve a red
Looks like no six nations for that stamping prick now ha
^
How did he know what part of his body it was unless you posses some sort of special power and can see through bodies
To be fair he couldn't see where he was stamping
Still win the six nations with out him :)
I thought so too at first but one camera angle shows him looking down through gap. Till then I thought unlucky. Hope I'm wrong, wouldn't like to believe it was deliberate
How can you be sure there is a gap
Because you are asking, dan
First he leaves ospreys and now he goes and does this!
@dan Going a bit over the top Dan. Apps supposed to be a fun way to communicate with others.
Haha it's a great app and very fun for me :)
@dan Glad you enjoy it.
Evans has always played his game very close to the edge. This time I thinks it's too far. With the video evidence there's an arguement for both sides red and yellow card. But the fact remains he's had a red card and his record isn't exactly clean so it could be a lengthy ban and no six nations.....
Deffo red card
As a Leinster fan, and also not the cleanest of rugby players, I completely agree with the general shooing of players and if Evans had stood on his head once I would have reckoned a yellow was the way to go but it was repeated stamping on a player, who even if he didn't know his exact position, had to realise his head was there somewhere. The others were looking after the rest of him!
doesn't really matter does it we are still going to win the six nations AGAIN..come on wales
ok
Hot air.com
Dirty prick got the line because it was seen in a replay.
He deserved it, and deserves to miss playing for his country next month
There are a lot of tosspots on this thread. Sounds like knackerball is your game Dan Harris & Evan Davies, not rugby!
Stuart Barnes called it as a Red(after about 8 replayed and the TMO decision). He is a fine upstanding commentator who always gets it right every time so that's good enough proof for me!
Obviously a red yiz dopes
Good man Walliams
Who's laughing now....
