Carty kicks off part two
Gloucester look the hungrier side this evening. Their back three have done tremendously well to neutralise Connacht's kicking game and they've been relentless with ball in hand. Possession, territory and the scoreline reflecting a dominant 40 minutes. James Hook really impressing tonight - he's been instrumental in both tries and has is orchestrating proceedings masterfully at outhalf. Connacht will need to get some early points in the second if they're to keep this game from running away on them.
Kvesic makes a sniping run down the blind-side and takes play up to the Connacht 22. A knock-on follows shortly and the referee signals the break.
Currently a Gloucester LO on their own 10.
Muldoon splits from the rear and feeds Marmion who fires it wide to Henshaw who grubbers forward. Sharples covers well but is quickly turned over. Looks promising for Connacht but the ball's lost forward moments later when Hibbard cuts McCartney low.
Forward pass spotted by the ref, just as Gloucester begin to build momentum. Scrum Connacht on their own 10.
