Falcons secure the lineout and maul it forward, inches from the line before they are finally stopped.

Ex Munster man Barnes with a break down the wing, Chiefs scramble but are pinged for offside. Again the wind stops Godman going for goal, and again the Falcons go to the corner.

25 minutes gone on the half, Chiefs defiantly on top, albeit with the aid of a big wind.

Falcons run the ball back, but are finding the going tough against a resolute Chiefs defence. Eventually they knock the ball on, and weve a break in play as a number of players receive treatment.

Falcons cant secure their own line out ball in a very promising position. Chiefs clear long down field.

Falcons win the lineout and rumble forward through a maul. Chiefs come in the side and are penalised. Godman kicks for touch, bringing his side inside the Chiefs 22.

Godman clears downfield to give the home side a lineout on halfway. It however is a mess, and the Chiefs knock the ball back into touch.

Chiefs finally secure ball at the scrum. Big midfield carries give them good go forward, but two phases later Cheifs are pinged for not releasing.
