There you have it. New Zealand have come back from last years defeat this time winning by 30-22. Man of the match performance by Julian Savea with 2 tries and involved in numerous phases of play. England had a grasp of a win momentarily in the second half however the strength of the All Blacks prevailed in the end. The Hilary Shield heads back to the Southern Hemisphere with the All Blacks. England held out to the very end and always looked like they could be in with a chance but having let Savea in for a try just 2 minutes into the first half they had a ladder to climb from the very beginning.
