as a leinster/ ireland fan I'd love to see Scotland be more competitive in both the 6 nations and pro 12. I was actually happy to see Glasgow win the pro 12 but I'm not so sure a 3rd team would be the answer

No doubt. To be fair, I was having a laugh trying to rise the lads. There's no doubt club rugby is back on the rise in Scotland, which can only be good for the game in general. Age old issues persist as you mentioned however

Yep lack of money and promoting the sport in schools is an issue, but it is getting better

@ Scott I think they'll continue to be hampered by a lack of money leading to losing their best players abroad
