Chiefs carries out the 22m, before Weber sends it high from the base
Blues will get us underway as Barrett kicks off
Hello and welcome to week 2 of Super Rugby Aotearoa. We had an exciting start to the shortened competition. Everyone was desperate for some rugby after three months and it did not disappoint.
Today the Chiefs host the Blues, who were very impressive against a strong Hurricanes side. The Chiefs will want to put last weeks heartbreaking opening loss behind them and hope that home field advantage plays its part. The Chiefs have been inconsistent this year, by losing three of their last five games. While the Blues are on a five game winning run. The Blues have a poor record against the Chiefs, they have only won once in their last 17 games. The Blues have won their last four away games, a fifth would set a new record for the Blues. Unfortunately they have not beaten the Chiefs away since March 2011. History does not favour them, but they are a side with confidence and form.
