Cardiff take a 13-10 lead over Leinster into halftime. Leinster opened the scoring with a penalty just two minutes in. Cardiff got on the board with a penalty midway through the half and scored the games first try shortly after to lead 10-3. Leinster hit back with a try immediately to level matters at ten apiece. Cardiff edged ahead with penalty around the half hour mark which sees them hold a three point advantage at the break.
