Why on earth are we playing Matfield? He's so damn old and he has such a high chance of getting injured! It's a friendly so it won't affect the ranking either. Fair enough for Meyer if he wants to win before the World Cup but this isn't the way to go about it. Our pool stage is the easiest at the World Cup by a long way. Save our old blokes for the finals when we need them fit. Meyer is one of the worst coaches going around! Favouritism of the old blokes, badly handled politics and bad morale management before the World Cup. I don't see South Africa getting past the first knock out match at the RWC

And I'm actually content with the Zane Kirchner selection. Watching him playing for Leinster and the Barbarians I saw he actually has a good step and as always runs great support lines. Which in our backline, where everyone tries to be a playmaker, could be brilliant, as he'll let others make magic and then he will feed off it.
